Agile in Government Paper

I recently blogged about Adrian Royce's paper on Agile in Government which won the best industry paper award at the ASWEC 2009 conference. We reviewed this paper this evening at the Agile Canberra SIG meeting in Canberra - a group for which this paper is particularly pertinent.
